JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: B2B Appointment Setter / Cold Caller (Base + Uncapped Commission) - EST Hours

About the Role:

We are a growing digital marketing and web design agency from Canada looking for a hungry, relentless, and highly motivated Appointment Setter. Your only job is to cold call local business owners in North America and book a 30-minute Zoom discovery call on our calendar.

You will not be closing deals. You are just pitching the meeting. We provide the lead lists, the dialing software, the script, and the objection-handling cheat sheet. You just need to bring the hustle and a great voice.

The Compensation Structure (The harder you work, the more you make):
We want you to win. We offer a highly competitive hybrid pay structure:

The Base: $3 to $5 USD per hour (depending on experience).

The "Show-Up" Bonus: $20 USD for every qualified prospect that actually shows up to the meetings with our founders / sales managers.

The "Closed Deal" Commission: If we close the deal from your meeting, you get a 10% bonus. (Example: If we sell a $3,000 USD website, you get a $300 USD bonus on top of your base and show-up fee).

High performance will make you eligible for salary increases.

Your Responsibilities:

Make 80 to 100+ outbound cold calls per day to local businesses.

Navigate gatekeepers to reach the decision-maker (Owner/Founder).

Deliver our proven script to generate interest.

Manage a simple CRM pipeline to track your calls and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Perfect English: You must have a clear, neutral accent. You will be speaking with North American business owners who have low tolerance for spam calls.

Timezone: Must be available to work during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours (approx. 9 AM to 5 PM EST).

Tech: A quiet workspace, a high-quality noise-canceling headset, and a fast, wired internet connection.

Experience: Previous outbound B2B cold calling experience is highly preferred. You must be comfortable with rejection and able to handle objections smoothly.
