We are a fast-growing U.S. consulting and education company helping entrepreneurs purchase businesses without traditional SBA financing. Prospects register through our free webinars after responding to online advertising, and your role is to contact these warm leads, qualify them, and schedule them for conversations with our sales team.
This is NOT cold calling. Every person you call has already requested information and registered for one of our webinars.
Responsibilities
• Call new webinar registrants within minutes of registration
• Answer basic questions about our education programs
• Build rapport and establish trust
• Qualify prospects using our provided script
• Schedule appointments for senior sales advisors
• Follow up with prospects who missed appointments
• Make outbound follow-up calls to previous webinar attendees
• Send SMS and
• Maintain accurate notes in our CRM
• Meet daily call and appointment-setting goals
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
• Speaks excellent English with minimal accent
• Has outstanding phone presence
• Is confident handling objections
• Enjoys talking with people
• Is reliable and self-motivated
• Learns quickly
• Can follow proven scripts while sounding natural
• Has strong internet and a quiet home office
