JOB OVERVIEW

We are 4Ever Young Scottsdale, a busy anti-aging and wellness medical clinic in Arizona, USA. We get new leads every day from ads, our website and our patient database, and we are hiring one full-time Appointment Setter whose only job is turning those leads into booked appointments by phone and text.

SCHEDULE (Arizona time, which is 15 hours behind Manila year-round, no daylight saving changes)
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM Arizona (11:30 PM to 9:30 AM Manila), 30-minute lunch
- Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Arizona (1:00 AM to 5:00 AM Manila)
- Sunday off

HOW YOUR DAY WORKS
Your day runs on a strict priority order. There is no idle time.
1. New leads. The moment one arrives, everything else stops. Call and text within 2 minutes.
2. Follow-ups due today. Every lead gets a scheduled follow-up cadence (day 1, 2, 4, 7, 14, 21) until they book or say no.
3. Reactivation lists. Every gap in your day is spent calling and texting our database: past patients, no-shows, abandoned inquiries and old leads. This is most of your dial volume.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Call and text every new lead within minutes of it arriving
- Run the follow-up cadence on every open lead
- Work reactivation lists whenever you are not on a new lead or a follow-up
- Book free consultations directly onto our provider calendars
- Log every call and text in GoHighLevel with a disposition
- Hit daily activity targets (dials, texts, conversations) and weekly booking targets

WHAT WE NEED
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent. Warm and confident on the phone.
- At least 1 year of appointment setting, inside sales or outbound call center experience for US clients
- Experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM (we will train on our setup)
- Comfortable making 80 to 120 outbound calls and texts per day
- Fast, stable internet, backup power, quiet workspace, USB headset
- Willing to sign a HIPAA confidentiality agreement and complete a short HIPAA training
- Experience with US medspas, dental, chiropractic, fitness or healthcare is a big plus

PAY
- $1,450 USD per month base for the 54-hour schedule, paid twice monthly
- Bonus for every consultation that shows up
- 30-day paid trial, then long-term full-time for the right person
- We are looking for someone who stays with us for years
