Square 1 Group is a systems and marketing company helping service providers build predictable client acquisition.
We’re hiring a confident, coachable, reliable communicator to join us part-time as an Appointment Setter.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to break into sales, develop real skills, and eventually grow into a full-time role as they hit KPIs.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the first point of contact for warm leads who have already requested info from us.
Your job is to call warm leads, have real conversations, follow a proven script, book them for a 15-minute call with an advisor (closer), and get them excited enough to actually show up.
You are not selling anything on the call. Your only goal is to build rapport and schedule the appointment.
Compensation
Starting pay is $10/hr (part-time).
You earn a $5 bonus for every appointment that shows up.
You only get the bonus when the prospect attends the meeting you booked.
No show means no bonus.
OTE ranges from $1,200–$2,000 per month with part-time hours. Higher earnings and more hours become available once KPIs are consistently hit.

What Counts as a Paid Appointment
You earn the $5 bonus only when
• you set the appointment
• the lead attends the meeting live
• Advisor meets with them on the call

full-time appointment setting,
higher bonus tiers,
additional responsibilities in sales or operations, and
junior closer training
