We're a US-based digital marketing and AI automation agency (Vital Growth Visionaries) that helps local service businesses — epoxy flooring, painting, auto detailing, Remodelers, and similar contractors — generate more leads and close more clients while saving time with automations.
We're hiring a full-time outbound appointment setter to call US business owners, qualify them, and book discovery calls directly onto our calendar.
YOUR ROLE:
- Make outbound cold calls to local service business owners across the US
- Follow our proven call script guidelines and qualification process
- Book qualified discovery calls onto our calendar (Google Calendar)
- Log all call activity, notes, and outcomes in our CRM after every call
- Send a brief daily summary of calls made, conversations had, and appointments booked
- Follow up with leads who didn't answer or need a second touch
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 2 years of outbound cold calling or appointment setting experience
- Experience calling US clients — not just inbound support
- Confident, conversational English — not robotic or script-dependent
- Ability to handle objections naturally and keep conversations moving
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Calendar, and basic tech
- Reliable internet (20+ Mbps), quiet workspace, and a good headset
- Available to work Monday–Friday, US Eastern Time hours
BONUS POINTS:
- Experience calling contractors, home service, or trades businesses
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- BPO or SDR background
