Appointment Setter (Outbound) — Digital Marketing (AU Market)
Philippines-based | Full-time | Start immediately | High base + uncapped commissions
We’re hiring a high-performing outbound Appointment Setter with 3–4 years’ experience in the digital marketing space to book qualified sales appointments for an Australian-focused agency. This is not a “figure it out” role — you’ll have leads from day one, a proven offer, and every tool you need (phone systems, CRM, LinkedIn, scripts, sequences, calendars, tracking).
What you’ll be doing (daily)
Make outbound calls to warm and cold prospects (Australia)
Prospect and outreach via LinkedIn +
Qualify prospects quickly (need, fit, budget, urgency) and book appointments for closers
Confirm and reduce no-shows with reminders + follow-up sequences
Keep your pipeline clean and updated inside our CRM
Hit weekly activity + appointment targets (and beat them)
What you’ll be given
Leads from the start (no “go build a list for 3 months” nonsense)
Phone tools + LinkedIn + CRM + calendars + scripts + templates
Clear ICP and offer positioning (digital marketing services for AU businesses)
Coaching, feedback loops, and performance dashboards
You’re a fit if you have
3–4 years outbound appointment setting experience (B2B preferred)
Digital marketing industry exposure (SEO / Google Ads / Meta Ads / websites = ideal)
Proven experience booking for Australian prospects (AU tone, pace, business culture)
Strong English with a clear, warm, confident accent
High energy, positive vibe, and you can build rapport fast
Thick skin + consistency — you don’t crumble after rejection
You’re organised: follow-ups, CRM notes, and tight calendar management
Compensation (top end of PH market)
High base salary (top-end of the market for the Philippines) based on experience
Uncapped commission: USD $100 per converted sale (on top of base)
