This role requires daily social outreach inside ---------- communities, voice calls, detailed Google Sheet tracking, and consistent follow-up across 300+ active relationships. This is not a passive VA role.

We are hiring a highly fluent English speaker to build relationships and generate qualified leads through ---------- , voice calls, and structured follow-ups.

This is NOT a hard sales role.
You are NOT closing deals.
You are also NOT cold messaging strangers.

This is a high-activity, structured role for someone who is charismatic, highly organized, and consistent.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO
------------------------

1. Join active ---------- communities
- Be active in public chat
- Engage naturally in conversations
- Become someone people want to talk to
- Build familiarity and trust inside the community

2. Get people to come to you
- Your job is NOT to cold DM random people
- Instead, you will communicate well in public chats so people want to message you, reply to you, and build a connection with you
- You may also continue conversations with people who are already warm and responsive

3. Build real relationships
- Add people as friends when appropriate
- Continue conversations in DMs only when natural
- Make people feel comfortable, understood, and interested in talking more
- Your goal is to make people like you and trust you

4. Get on voice calls
- Speak with prospects casually
- These are not aggressive sales calls
- Ask questions, build rapport, and understand their goals
- Help them feel comfortable enough to take the next step

5. Guide qualified people forward
- Naturally guide interested people toward our program
- Move serious people to the next step
- Get qualified people into our ---------- /system
- Encourage them to complete an application if they are a fit

6. Track and follow up at high volume
- You will manage 300+ active relationships/leads at once
- Every person must be tracked in a Google Sheet
- You will log notes, status, last contact date, and next follow-up date
- Consistent follow-up is a major part of this role
- This is detailed, repetitive work and must be done properly

- You will be talking to many people every day
- You will manage hundreds of ongoing conversations
- You must stay organized and follow up consistently
- This is not passive work
- This is not a casual chatting role
- This is not a role for someone who avoids structure

If you do not like repetition, detailed tracking, follow-up work, or managing a large number of relationships, this role is not for you.

This role pays:
- A small hourly base
- Plus performance pay per lead / qualified result

This is not a large fixed salary role.
The upside comes from performance.

Example:
