We are a fast-growing performance advertising startup based in Canada. We’re looking for a skilled Appointment Setter to join our team on a monthly long-term retainer, contingent on probation and ongoing performance. You will support our clients by calling and converting leads into booked appointments for our clients.
We want Setters who act as true consultants, not just script-readers. You will be handling leads for the health/beauty service industry (Medspas, Laser Clinics, Estheticians).
What You’ll Do:
-Call and qualify warm leads within 5 minutes of receiving them in our CRM.
-Manage and organize the CRM (scheduling, notes, and pipeline management).
-Follow up with potential patients via SMS and
-Handle objections professionally and educate leads on treatments (e.g., Botox, PRP, Laser Hair Removal, etc).
-Collaborate with our team to improve script and lead quality feedback.
-Attend daily/weekly check-in meetings
What We’re Looking For:
-Flawless English communication skills (Spoken & Written). You must sound confident, clear, and friendly on the phone with minimal/no accent.
-Experience in Sales or Appointment Setting.
-Prior experience working with Medspas or selling high-ticket beauty services.
-Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel/GHL experience).
-Availability: Must work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
-Focus: This will preferably be your main focus (no sub-contracts/agencies). You will work very closely with our team.
-Reliability: Fast response times via Slack/Email and a quiet working environment with reliable internet connection.
