JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Appointment Setter (Inside Sales)

We are seeking a highly motivated and communication-focused Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the vital bridge between our inbound marketing efforts and our sales team, ensuring our pipeline stays active and no lead is left behind.

You will be responsible for managing warm leads generated from our Facebook advertising campaigns, focusing on high-quality follow-ups and conversion.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with warm Facebook ad leads via phone calls, text, and email to maintain engagement.

- Appointment Setting: Speak with interested leads to qualify their needs and book appointments directly onto the sales team’s calendar.

- Pipeline Management: Use our CRM (GoHighLevel) to monitor deals throughout the month, ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks.

- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date notes within the CRM regarding lead status and interactions.

- Objection Handling: Effectively address concerns and navigate common questions to move leads toward a scheduled demo.

Qualifications:
- Elite English Proficiency: Must have exceptional verbal English skills for professional phone conversations and high-level written English for emails/texts.

- Proven Sales Experience: Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or outbound calling is preferred.

- CRM Familiarity: Prior experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRMs is a major plus (though we will train the right candidate).

- A "Hunter" Mentality: You are proactive, persistent, and driven to hit booking targets.

- Flexible Schedule: Ability to work US Business Hours (evening/night shifts local time).
