Home Services Appointment Setter – Inbound & Outbound Leads (Life Filtration)

*Must have experience in Home Services Appointment Setting - Solar, Roofing, Windows, etc

Life Filtration is a fast-growing water purification company serving South Florida.
We specialize in providing high-quality, alkaline reverse osmosis and mixed-bed water softening systems for homes — helping families live healthier with cleaner water.

We’re expanding our sales team and looking for motivated appointment setters to handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries for our home water filtration services.

Position Overview

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your goal is to engage leads (inbound and outbound), qualify interest, and schedule in-home consultations for our sales team.

You won’t need to sell or install anything — just connect with customers, explain the benefits, and book the appointment.

Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries from customers interested in water filtration systems.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads provided through digital marketing campaigns.
• Qualify customers based on interest, home ownership, and location.
• Schedule appointments for our sales reps using company software or CRM.
• Maintain accurate lead and appointment records.
• Provide friendly, professional communication at all times.

Qualifications
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Prior experience in Home Services appointment setting
• Motivated, reliable, and organized.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity
