We are a fast-growing landscaping company based in the United States, and we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team.

This is not a beginner role. We are looking for someone who takes pride in precision, communicates clearly with minimal accent, and can confidently manage conversations and workflows inside Go High Level.

What You Will Do

Your primary responsibility will be converting inbound and outbound leads into booked appointments using Go High Level.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Calling and texting leads to schedule appointments
• Responding to inbound inquiries quickly and professionally
• Managing all conversations inside Go High Level CRM
• Updating pipelines, tags, notes, and lead statuses accurately
• Following up with leads consistently until booked or disqualified
• Ensuring no lead falls through the cracks
• Maintaining accurate records and pipeline organization
• Communicating clearly with our internal team

Your success will be measured by:

• Speed of response
• Booking rate
• CRM accuracy
• Attention to detail
• Communication quality

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• Proven experience as an Appointment Setter
• REQUIRED: Experience using Go High Level CRM
• Strong spoken English with minimal accent
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet working environment
• Ability to work U.S. business hours (EST or CST preferred)
• Stable full-time availability
