JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled, outgoing "people person" with exceptional English communication skills to join our home services team. Your main goal is to connect with customers, follow up on submitted leads, and keep our appointment calendar organized and full.

Starting ASAP if Qualified for the job.

Schedule & Availability:
• Required Window: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (New York Time), 5-6 days a week.
• Workload: You are required to be available and on standby during this 10-hour window, but the actual active, hands-on work will only take a few hours each day.

Key Responsibilities:
• Call and follow up quickly on incoming leads submitted by potential customers.
• Connect with clients professionally, build rapport, and smoothly secure appointments.
• Handle ongoing customer communications and follow-ups through the Quo app.
Compensation & Performance Bonuses:

• Flawless, highly articulate spoken and written English.
• A natural ability to connect with people over the phone, build instant trust, and represent our impact window and dryer vent cleaning brands professionally.
• Highly organized, prompt, and reliable. We are looking for a highly skilled, outgoing "people person" with exceptional English communication skills to join our home services team.
