JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US full arch dental implant practice (Illinois) looking for a warm, reliable Appointment Setter to call and text new patient leads and book free consultations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Call and text new leads within 5 minutes during your shift (mostly adults aged 50–75)
- Book free consultations with a 3D CT scan, confirm appointments, and follow up on no-shows and post-consultations.
- Follow our scripts and log every call, text, and outcome in GoHighLevel
- Never quote fees or give clinical advice

SCHEDULE
- About 20 hours/week to start, Monday–Friday, 4:00–8:00 PM US Central Time (early morning Philippine time)
- 30-day trial, with more hours available based on results

REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year appointment setting or inbound/outbound calling for US clients (dental, medical, or high-ticket preferred)
- GoHighLevel experience strongly preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English, clear neutral accent
- HIPAA training certificate (or willing to complete it before starting)
- Own laptop not shared with anyone, reliable internet with backup, a noise-canceling headset, and a quiet private room
- Dedicated hours only: no other job during your shift
