Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (US Central Time)

About Us:

Texas-based credit repair firm looking for a dedicated appointment setter to book consultations from our incoming leads. If you've set appointments in the credit repair or financial services space before, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Calling, texting, and following up with leads within minutes of them coming in
• Booking consultations on our calendar (GoHighLevel CRM)
• Handling objections and getting hesitant leads to commit to a time
• Following a proven script while still sounding natural and warm
• Confirming appointments and reducing no-shows with reminder follow-ups
• Tracking your numbers daily (calls made, appointments booked, show rate)
• Working our lead lists with urgency, not waiting for leads to come to you

Requirements (non-negotiable):

• Clear, confident spoken English (you WILL be on the phone with US clients)
• Previous appointment setting experience, preferably in credit repair, debt, lending, or financial services
• Dependable. Show up on time, every day, no excuses
• Comfortable with high call volume and fast-paced follow-up
• Able to handle rejection without slowing down
• Quiet workspace, reliable internet, working headset

Bonus:

• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM
• Familiarity with credit repair industry objections ("is this a scam?", "how long does it take?", "I've been burned before")
