JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing insurance agency based in Texas, USA, looking for a reliable and hardworking appointment setter to join our team long-term.

Your role will be to call leads, follow up, and book appointments for our licensed agents. We provide the leads, scripts, and training — you bring consistency and strong communication.

Responsibilities:
Call warm and aged leads (we provide data)
Send follow-up texts when needed
Set qualified appointments on our calendar
Track calls, notes, and outcomes in our system
Meet daily call and appointment targets

Work Schedule:
Must be available during US Central Time (Texas hours)
Typical shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Full-time preferred (30–40 hours/week)

Requirements:
Strong English speaking skills (clear, confident)
Experience in:
Cold calling / telemarketing
Appointment setting
Comfortable making 100+ calls per day
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Headset and computer required
Able to handle rejection and stay consistent

IMPORTANT:
