About the Role:
We’re a growing digital agency that builds modern websites and AI-powered follow-up systems for local U.S. plumbing businesses.
We’re looking for a reliable, sharp communicator who can help us start conversations and book strategy calls with business owners who truly need what we offer.
This isn’t just a “dial and disappear” job. If you’re someone who takes pride in doing great work and wants to grow inside a real business, keep reading.
Responsibilities:
• Make cold calls to U.S. local businesses (scripts provided)
• Send cold
• Follow up with warm leads and track outcomes
• Book qualified appointments into our calendar
• Keep lead records organized and updated
• Communicate daily with our team (clear and responsive)
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong spoken and written English
• Confident, respectful communication on the phone
• Familiar with cold calling, appointment setting, or sales
• Detail-oriented: you update records, follow the process, and think ahead
• Comfortable working during U.S. business hours (EST)
• Long-term mindset. We want someone to grow with us, not just fill a task
Bonus If You Have:
• Experience working with U.S. clients
• Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, GoHighLevel, Calendly, or CRMs
• Lead scraping or list-building skills
Compensation:
• Base pay: Starting at $100+/week (for 20–40 hrs/week)
• Performance bonus: $15 per qualified call booked
• Optional commission: % on deals closed (after trust is built)
• Raises + incentives based on consistency and quality over time
How to Apply:
Please send a message with the subject:

Include the following:
1. A 1–2 minute voice recording introducing yourself (you can use Vocaroo)
2. A brief summary of your experience with cold calling or appointment setting
3. Your availability (how many hours/week and your timezone)
4. A screenshot of your internet speed (use speedtest.net)
5. Your long-term goals (optional but gives us a better idea of how we can help each other)
A Final Note:
We respect people who take initiative, communicate clearly, and care about their work, and we reward those who show up consistently. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
