JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
I’m a Senior Project Manager specializing in storm damage insurance restoration, working primarily in Texas and traveling nationwide wherever hail damage is significant enough to work. I’m looking for a hungry, reliable appointment setter to cold call homeowners in storm-affected areas that we discuss and book free roof inspections on my behalf so I can focus on what I do best — closing deals and managing claims.

This is not a customer service role. You’re making outbound calls, following a proven script, and driving one outcome — booked inspections for me. From time to time I may also have additional tasks outside of cold calling, so being adaptable is a plus.

What You’ll Do:
- Outbound cold calls to homeowners in hail-damaged areas
- Follow my provided script to qualify homeowners and book free roof inspections
- Track your calls, contacts, and appointments daily
- Communicate results and updates with me consistently

What I’m Looking For:
- Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience (home services, solar, real estate, or insurance preferred)
- Clear, confident English communication
- Stable internet connection and a quality headset
- Self-motivated — you’ll have flexibility but targets are expected
- Coachable, consistent, and hungry to earn

Pay:
- $200/week base
- 5% commission on every deal that closes from your appointments (one roofing deal can range anywhere from $3,000 – $25,000+ depending on roof size)
- Strong performance means real money — the commission is uncapped
