Florida-based commercial real estate firm seeking a disciplined Appointment Setter to call warm investor leads across the United States. This is a long-term role for the right person.
What you'll do:
-Run our ReadyMode predictive dialer through buyer contacts and our investors
-Qualify prospects, handle basic objections, and book appointments for the principal
-Follow a multi-touch cadence (6–8 attempts per lead over several weeks)
-Log activity and notes in GoHighLevel CRM after each call
Schedule (please read carefully before applying):
-4 focused calling hours/day in a single block: 10 PM – 2 AM Philippines time, Monday through Friday
-This equals 10 AM – 2 PM US Eastern Time, designed to hit peak connect windows on both the East and West coasts
-You must be sharp, energetic, and professional on the phone during these hours — if you cannot commit to this overnight schedule long-term, please do not apply
Required:
-Prior cold calling or appointment setting experience (real estate strongly preferred)
-ReadyMode or comparable predictive dialer experience (CallTools, Mojo, PhoneBurner, Vulcan7, etc.)
-Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, professional, minimal accent
-Quiet workspace, stable wired internet (minimum 25 Mbps), USB headset with noise cancellation
-Backup power and/or internet in case of outages
-Thick skin and the discipline to keep dialing through rejection
-Proven ability to work the 10 PM – 2 AM PH shift consistently
Nice to have:
-Familiarity with commercial real estate, retail investment property, multifamily, cap rates, or commercial real estate terminology
-GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM experience
-Previous US-based real estate investor outreach
