About the Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) / Cold Caller, you'll be the first voice prospects hear on behalf of our clients. Your role is to engage decision-makers, uncover business needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for client sales teams.

You'll support multiple outbound campaigns while working within structured processes, receiving regular coaching, and sharpening your prospecting skills every day.

What You'll Do

•Make outbound cold calls to B2B prospects.
•Engage with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
•Start conversations, ask discovery questions, and identify potential business needs.
•Qualify prospects based on each campaign’s targeting criteria.
•Respond to objections confidently and keep conversations moving forward.
•Book qualified meetings for our clients’ sales teams.
•Record call outcomes, prospect information, and follow-up activities accurately in the CRM.
•Send follow-ups to help improve meeting attendance and prospect engagement.
•Follow campaign scripts, calling processes, and outbound best practices.
•Work closely with managers and teammates to improve call quality and campaign results.
•Share prospect feedback and common objections to help improve scripts and messaging.

What We're Looking For

•Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telesales, outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or a similar phone-based sales role.
•Strong communication skills.
•Confidence speaking with business decision-makers.
•Ability to build rapport quickly during cold conversations.
•Strong objection-handling and active-listening skills.
•Experience achieving call, activity, or meeting-booking targets.
•Resilience, consistency, and a positive approach to rejection.
•Ability to manage your time and stay accountable in a remote environment.
•Strong attention to detail when updating CRM records and managing follow-ups.
•Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Nooks, Slack, Calendly, or Coda is a plus but not required.
