Appointment Setter / Call Confirmer — Full-Time, US Eastern Hours
We're a US-focused marketing agency working with mortgage brokers across the United States. Our calendar fills up with booked calls every week — and we need someone reliable to make sure those calls actually happen.
This is not a cold-calling role. You will not be prospecting or selling. Your job is to protect the calendar: confirm every booked appointment, reschedule the ones that need moving, and keep the day running on time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Call, text, and email every booked appointment to confirm attendance (typically the day before and again 1–2 hours prior)
Reschedule anyone who can't make their original slot — and actually get them back on the calendar
Follow up with no-shows the same day to rebook them
Manage and maintain the calendar: keep it accurate, flag conflicts, protect buffer time
Log every confirmation, reschedule, and no-show in our CRM so the calendar is always the source of truth
Send a short end-of-day summary: what's confirmed for tomorrow, what needs attention
WHO THIS IS FOR
Fluent, natural spoken English with a neutral accent. You'll be on the phone with American business owners every day. This is the single most important requirement — if your accent is heavy, this role isn't the right fit and we'd rather tell you now.
Confident and warm on the phone. You can call a stranger, be pleasant, and get to the point.
Reliable to the minute. Our clients are on US Eastern time and so are you — 9 AM to 5 PM EST, every weekday, no exceptions.
Organised. Nothing falls through the cracks. If you said you'd follow up, you follow up.
Comfortable with calendars and CRMs (Google Calendar, GoHighLevel, Calendly, or similar). We'll train you on our exact stack.
1+ year of appointment setting, call confirming, virtual assistant, customer service, or BPO phone experience.
NON-NEGOTIABLE SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Stable internet, minimum 25 Mbps (be ready to share a speed test)
Backup internet AND backup power — brownouts are not an acceptable reason to miss a shift
Quiet, dedicated workspace with zero background noise
Working computer and a proper noise-cancelling headset (not phone earbuds)

$700 – $1,000 USD/month depending on experience, paid twice monthly
