Remote | Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter / Business Development Manager to support our growing business development efforts.

This role focuses on identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and scheduling qualified meetings and helping get attendees to events.

Position Overview:
The Appointment Setter / Business Development Manager will be responsible for conducting outbound outreach to prospective clients and scheduling meetings for senior leadership. You will play a key role in generating new opportunities and helping expand business relationships. This is a remote position requiring strong communication, consistency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and text messaging
• Identify and engage key decision makers within organizations
• Introduce company services and create interest in learning more
• Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for senior leadership
• Maintain organized records of outreach and follow-up activity
• Consistently follow up with prospects and nurture relationships
• Track daily activity and appointment-setting performance
• Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach messaging and strategy
Qualifications
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Positive attitude and persistence when engaging prospects
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Preferred Experience (Not Required):
• Appointment setting experience
• Inside sales or business development
• Customer service or outbound calling
• Experience using CRM systems or lead tracking tools

Compensation:
