About Us

GemTek helps jewelry stores generate custom jewelry and engagement ring leads using online marketing.

Jewelry store owners request information through our ads and free training. Your job will be to contact those jewelers and schedule a consultation call with our founder.

These are warm leads, not cold calls.

Your Role

Your main job is to contact jewelry store owners who have already shown interest and schedule a call with our team.

You will:

• Call jewelry store owners who filled out our forms
• Send follow-up texts and emails
• Qualify interest and confirm they are a jewelry store
• Schedule appointments on our calendar
• Track conversations inside our CRM
• Follow up with leads that haven’t responded

Your goal is simple:

Turn interested jewelers into booked appointments.

What Your Day Looks Like

Each day you will:

• Call new leads within minutes of them coming in
• Follow up with older leads who haven’t responded
• Send SMS and email follow-ups
• Schedule calls with interested jewelers
• Update notes in the CRM
• Track your appointments and conversations

Speed and consistent follow-up are very important.

Requirements

You must have:

• Excellent spoken English
• Clear phone communication
• Confidence speaking with business owners
• Appointment setting or sales experience
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Ability to make many calls daily

Bonus if you have experience with:

• GoHighLevel
• CRM systems
• B2B sales
• Appointment setting

Compensation

Base salary: $750/month

+ Plus commission for each qualified appointment booked.

Top performers can earn significantly more through commission.

What Success Looks Like

A strong appointment setter should aim for:

• 3–6 booked appointments per week
• consistent daily follow-up
• fast response to new leads

?

Most leads require multiple follow-ups, so persistence is extremely important.
