About the Role
We're looking for talented professionals with telemarketing or outbound calling experience to set up quality meetings for business prospects with our US clients who sell technology products and services. Whether you've worked as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or other outbound calling role, your skills will be perfect for this position. You'll work from home with our supportive team on Google Meet/Chat, contacting business professionals in the US. This full-time remote position offers excellent pay for those with strong English skills who can work night-shift hours to align with US business hours.
Job Highlights

• Hours — Night shift, Mon–Fri, aligned to 9–5 US Central (CST/CDT)
• Pay — Start $7/hr; increase to $8/hr after 3 months.

What You'll Actually Do
• Make outbound B2B calls — Contact targeted prospects to book meetings
• Qualify prospects — Ask questions, pitch value quickly, and handle objections
• Maintain CRM records — Keep clean notes in HubSpot or Salesforce
• Share insights — Report what's working in daily team check-ins
Must Have
• Excellent English — Clear and confident with minimal accent
• Experience in at least ONE of the following — telemarketing, inside sales, appointment setting, or other outbound calling or sales roles
• Quick learner — Comfortable learning and discussing technology topics for prospects
• Home office — Quiet workspace with reliable internet, computer, and headset
Nice to Have
• Tech industry experience — Prior SDR work for tech, SaaS, or IT services
• Experience — Previous B2B appointment setting experience
• CRM familiarity — Experience with Salesforce or similar dialers
• Research skills — Proficiency with LinkedIn mining
• US hours experience — Comfortable working night shifts
• Team collaboration tools — Familiarity with Slack and Google Workspace
