Appointment Setter — She Reigns Creative (Remote, LinkedIn + IG/FB +
She Reigns Creative is a US marketing agency serving ambitious women-led businesses. We're hiring an appointment
setter to drive qualified calls into our pipeline — not chat-starters, not "connections," real booked meetings with
decision-makers who have real ad budgets.
The role
You'll generate 20 booked appointments per week with pre-qualified prospects. We'll give you:
- A daily hot list of businesses actively running Meta ads (pulled from the Meta Ad Library, pre-filtered to our ICP —
no prospecting from scratch)
- A free Meta ad audit as your first-touch gift (we generate it; you deliver it)
- Opener and reply drafts tuned to our founder's voice (AI-assisted — you review and send)
- A LinkedIn automation tool, a scheduling calendar, and a tracked pipeline inside our CRM
Your channels, in priority order:
1. LinkedIn DM — primary. 50–100 personalized outreach messages per day via Ulinc or similar
2. Instagram &
3.
Compensation
Competitive base + per-booked-appointment commission + bonus for appointments that close. Specifics in round 2.
Must-haves
- 2+ years in B2B appointment setting or SDR work (service businesses preferred, agency experience a strong plus)
- Native-level written English
- Working hours overlap with US business hours (any time zone fine as long as the overlap works)
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach at scale
- Reliable high-speed internet + quiet workspace
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Meta Ad Library or competitor-ad research
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM
- Previous work inside a marketing agency
Round 1 — before we talk, send us your plan.
Send a 1-page plan explaining exactly how you'd hit 20 booked appointments per week. Specifically answer all five of
these:
1. Volume & cadence — How many messages per day across each channel do you need to realistically produce 20 booked
calls per week? Show the math (outreach → reply rate → qualified → booked). We want to see your assumptions.
2. ICP targeting — Our prospect pool is "US business owners currently spending on Meta ads." Of that pool, which 3
specific signals would you prioritize to pick who to reach first, and why?
3. Opener strategy — Write an actual LinkedIn DM opener aimed at a hypothetical founder spending $5K/month on
under-performing
4. Objection handling — The prospect replies: "Not interested right now, we already have an agency." What do you send
back?
5. Tooling — Name the specific tools you'd want in your stack. We provide the budget.
Applications without a plan will not be reviewed. We care more about how you think than your résumé.
