JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Reddit marketing agency. We help B2B companies get found on Google and in AI search tools like ChatGPT. Our leads come from paid ads, Google, and outbound. Your job is to turn them into qualified leads.

Call every new lead within 5 minutes of them opting in. Qualify them, leave the good ones, disqualify the rest. That's the job.

What you'll need to do:

Call new leads within 5 minutes of form submission
Call partial and incomplete form submissions
Ask qualifying questions to figure out if they're a fit
Answer questions and handle common objections
Disqualify prospects who aren't a fit politely and fast
Follow up with anyone who doesn't pick up
Log every conversation in the CRM and keep it current
Send confirmations and reminders so booked calls actually show

What we need from you

Perfect spoken and written English
Available during US business hours
