JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters. This fully remote role will support our Licensed Producers by coordinating consultations with potential clients, ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling of appointments. Responsibilities
• Schedule and confirm appointments between prospective clients and Licensed Producers
• Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified leads, ensuring they are ready to meet with a producer
• Maintain organized appointment schedules, ensuring timely follow-ups and reminders
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service during the scheduling process
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from appointment setting to consultation
• Uphold company values of professionalism, integrity, and client-first service
Qualifications
• Must be coachable, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
• Excellent English and ability to follow a script
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone demeanor
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Comfortable making outbound calls and scheduling appointments
• A positive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to learn are keys to success
