JOB OVERVIEW

Our growing team is looking for an Appointment Setter to help our sales team by setting Qualified Booked Appointments that would lead to a successful sale. Ensuring that the scheduled call between the Sales Rep and potential client/student is successful. You'll be trained on how to do this, and slowly work your way up.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching them on the phone, and scheduling an appointment with a sales representative for a follow-up call. If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in sales, this is the ideal position for you.




Responsibilities:
Familiarize yourself with essential details of our products and services.
Call prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you.
Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative.
Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.
Spreadsheet calculates show-up rate
Utilize Vonage
Informing the Manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing.


Qualifications:
No college degree is required.
Proven experience as an appointment setter of at least 2 years.
