JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and confident **Cold Caller / Appointment Setter** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and generating business opportunities through outbound calling.

You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses and potential customers
* Introduce company services professionally and confidently
* Qualify leads and identify customer needs
* Schedule appointments and consultations
* Follow up with prospects via phone and email
* Maintain accurate CRM records and notes
* Meet daily and weekly outreach targets
* Build and maintain positive client relationships

Requirements

* Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, or lead generation
* Excellent English communication skills
* Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities
* Comfortable speaking with international clients
* Organised and target-driven
* Experience using CRM systems is a plus
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in B2B or service-based outbound sales
* Familiarity with UK or international clients
* Previous remote work experience
