JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Appointment Setter to join our growing team at a fast-paced credit repair and business funding company.

Your primary role will be to engage with inbound and outbound leads through social media, SMS, and CRM systems, qualify prospects, and book them into scheduled calls with our sales team.

This is a performance-driven position for individuals who are confident communicators, detail-oriented, and hungry to grow.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to leads via Instagram, Facebook, SMS, and CRM systems
* Qualify prospects based on company criteria
* Book qualified leads into scheduled consultations
* Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet booked
* Maintain organized communication within CRM
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure high-quality appointments

Requirements:

* Strong English communication (written and verbal)
* Experience with appointment setting, sales, or lead generation preferred
* Comfortable using CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)
* Reliable internet connection and ability to work full-time
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable

Compensation:

* Hourly base + performance bonuses for booked/showed appointments
* Opportunity for growth into a closer role

* Is hungry to earn more through performance
* Can communicate confidently and professionally with clients
