JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and manage conversations professionally
Perform structured qualification using a predefined questionnaire
Verify and document information accurately
Coordinate live transfers to specialists
Follow communication and workflow standards

Qualifications:

Prior experience in US-facing roles or campaigns
Excellent spoken English with minimal accent
Strong attention to detail and process compliance
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and equipment

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (PST hours)
