Level 1 — Entry Setter
Compensation:
$7/hour
Responsibilities:
Book appointments
Complete daily admin tasks (EOD reports, no missed meetings, etc.)
Promotion Requirements (to Level 2):
Complete FSA Appointment Setting Course
Book 50+ appointments per week for 2 consecutive weeks
Maintain 100?min Accuracy
70% booking rate
No missed meetings
All EOD reports completed
Level 2 — Junior Closer Support
Compensation:
$8/hour
$10 per sale
Responsibilities:
Book appointments consistently
Maintain admin accuracy
Begin understanding sales process
Promotion Requirements (to Level 3):
Complete 7-Figure Sales Academy (7FSA)
Complete Management Training
Book 60+ appointments per week
Manage 3 appointment setters
Maintain 100?min Accuracy
75% booking rate
Level 3 — Team Lead Setter
Compensation:
$12/hour
$10 per sale
Definition of a Sale:
A booked prospect who attends their discovery call and pays for the functional medicine program
Responsibilities:
High-volume appointment booking
Team leadership (3 setters)
Maintain performance + accountability standards
Promotion Requirements (to Level 4):
Complete Sales Sniper Course
Complete AI Automation Course
Successfully implemented 3 AI workflows that save the team time or increase conversions.
Take ownership of hiring new setters
Manage 8+ setters
75% booking rate
Level 4 — Appointment Setting Manager
Compensation:
$60,000/year salary
Responsibilities:
Lead and scale the setter team
Oversee hiring, training, and performance
Manage 8+ setters
Implement systems and optimizations (automation, tracking, etc.)
Your Role:
As an Appointment Setter, your #1 responsibility is to call and text leads the
What You’ll Be Doing:
Call and follow up with inbound leads immediately after they opt in.
Text and
Qualify prospects with basic questions and book them for appointments.
Manage and update your leads in our CRM (GoHighLevel experience a plus).
Hit daily and weekly goals for dials, conversations, and bookings.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English (you must sound professional and natural on the phone).
1+ year of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales (health or wellness industry is a plus).
Comfortable using CRMs, call software, and texting/email tools.
Fast internet and a quiet work environment.
Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to grow with a U.S. company.

How much does it cost?: "That's a really good question, I am only in charge of scheduling, I really would love to help you and the thing is we have a wide range of testing and treatments so there really isn't a way for me to tell you what this is going to cost. But what I can do is set you up with someone who is trained and can go over your medical history and see how we can actually help.
