About Us

The Volleyball Strength Coach (VBSC) helps adult volleyball players jump higher, move faster, eliminate joint pain, and transform their performance through science-based strength and conditioning programs.

We work with recreational, competitive, and semi-professional adult athletes who want to improve their performance and physique while staying pain-free.

Our coaching system has helped over 1,000 volleyball athletes, and we are expanding our team to help manage the increasing number of inbound leads from social media and marketing.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Remote Appointment Setter to help engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and book strategy calls for our high-ticket coaching program.

This role involves communicating with leads primarily through Instagram DMs, and CRM conversations, identifying qualified prospects, and scheduling calls for the sales team.

Your main responsibility is to ensure that high-quality prospects show up to scheduled calls prepared and motivated to solve their problem.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement
Respond to inbound leads from Instagram, ads, and email
Initiate conversations with new followers and prospects
Build rapport with volleyball athletes interested in improving performance

Lead Qualification
Ask structured questions to determine if prospects are a good fit
Identify their goals (jump higher, reduce knee pain, improve physique, etc.)
Confirm availability, commitment level, and readiness to invest in coaching

Booking Strategy Calls
Schedule qualified leads into available calendar slots
Ensure leads understand the purpose of the call
Send reminders and confirmations to maximize show rates

Lead Nurturing
Follow up with warm leads who haven't booked yet
Re-engage ghosted or inactive conversations
Maintain friendly and helpful communication

CRM & Tracking
Track conversations and lead status in CRM
Maintain clean records of booked calls
Report weekly numbers for:
Conversations started
Leads qualified
Calls booked
Show rate

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong written communication skills
Is comfortable communicating on Instagram and social media
Can follow scripts while sounding natural and conversational
Is highly organized and detail-oriented
Is reliable and responsive

Bonus points if you:
Have experience in appointment setting or lead generation
Have worked in fitness or coaching industries
Understand volleyball or athletics

Compensation
Compensation may include:
Base pay or hourly rate
Commission per qualified booked call
Performance bonuses based on show rate and booked calls

Work Environment
Fully remote

Must be available to respond to leads within agreed response times
