JOB OVERVIEW

Novantro is a marketing agency that helps B2B companies and agencies generate more revenue through Reddit SEO and Reddit marketing.

Our system deploys strategic Reddit content that ranks on Google and AI search platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity, helping businesses build trust, warm up prospects before sales calls, shorten sales cycles, and close more deals.

We generate leads through paid ads, Google search, and outbound campaigns, and we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (Appointment Setter) to qualify leads and book calls.

Role Overview

Your job is to contact new leads immediately, qualify them, and book discovery calls.

Speed is critical.

When a new lead comes in, you must call them within 5 minutes.

You will speak with prospects, answer their questions, qualify them, and warm them up before they speak with our founder.

Responsibilities

• Call new leads within 5 minutes of submission
• Contact partial form submissions and incomplete leads
• Turn cold prospects into warm, qualified opportunities
• Ask qualifying questions to determine if they are a good fit
• Answer prospect questions and handle common objections
• Book qualified discovery calls on the calendar
• Follow up with leads who didn't answer the first call
• Track all conversations and update CRM

Daily Tasks

• Monitor incoming leads from ads, website, and outreach
• Call leads immediately when they submit a form
• Reach out to partial leads and unfinished applications
• Ask discovery questions and understand their business
• Handle objections and answer questions about our service
• Schedule qualified calls with the founder
• Send reminders and confirmations

Requirements

• Perfect spoken and written English
• Comfortable speaking with founders and business owners
• Must be available to work US time zones
• Strong phone communication skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects
• Organized and reliable
• Able to manage multiple leads at once

Compensation

Base Salary: $1000 – $2000 / month

Performance Bonuses:

• $25 – $50 per qualified call booked

Key Performance Indicators

• Average response time (target: under 5 minutes)
• Qualified calls booked per week
• Lead-to-call conversion rate
• Show-up rate for booked calls
