JOB OVERVIEW

Our company has been helping investors build wealth by providing Off-Market real estate opportunities for a while now. Simply put, we buy and sell discount properties. With a long track record of success and a well-defined niche we are expanding to bring even more value to our market.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management
•Receive, screen, and manage inbound leads from various channels (online platforms, marketing campaigns, referrals, etc.).
•Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information, statuses, and follow-up notes.
•Categorize and prioritize leads based on readiness to transact and motivation level.

Appointment Setting
•Contact and qualify leads via phone, email, SMS, and social media.
•Ask pre-qualifying questions to assess the client’s needs, timeline, budget, and decision-making ability.
•Schedule appointments for real estate agents or acquisition managers with highly motivated leads.
•Coordinate calendars to ensure timely and efficient appointments.

Follow-Up Specialist Duties
•Implement consistent and strategic follow-up sequences to re-engage cold or unresponsive leads.
•Use CRM tools and automation platforms to track communication and maintain lead engagement.
•Nurture leads through calls, texts, emails, and drip campaigns until they are ready to take the next step.
•Build rapport and trust with prospects through professional and empathetic communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
•Proven experience in lead management, telemarketing, sales support, or a similar role in real estate or related industries.
•Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
•Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
•Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
•Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
•Proficiency in CRM tools- Salesforce
•Tech-savvy and comfortable with online communication platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience working with U.S.-based real estate teams (for virtual assistants).
•Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology (buyer/seller leads, wholesaling, listings, etc.).
