The Role
We're hiring an Appointment Setter to engage new leads, build rapport, qualify prospects, and book calls with our closers. As our Appointment Setter, you're not just booking calls. You're the first human interaction for people who are stressed, struggling, and often scared about their future. You're helping them take the first step toward changing their situation.
What You'll Be Doing
Make 100+ dials a day and touch 50 new leads a day as your minimum KPI, 5 days a week.
Generate calls through outbound and follow-up methods including:
Calling leads who watched the VSL and booked their screening call with you
Calling leads who submitted an application but didn't schedule
Following up with past inbound leads who went cold
Qualify leads based on their situation, visa timeline, target industry, and readiness to commit.
Schedule qualified appointments with our Closers.
Nurture leads from initial contact through qualification.
Track all conversations and manage the pipeline in GoHighLevel (our CRM).
Be available to communicate daily through Slack, attend daily huddles, provide end-of-day reports, and keep CRM updated.
You will have the freedom to make your own schedule, with enough open calendar space to hit your booked call targets.
Compensation
This is a fixed base plus commission role.
$600 per month base salary, plus $2 for every qualified lead that shows up to their appointment.
On Track Earnings: $750-$1,000 per month.
Ideal Candidate
Has a track record of success in a B2C appointment setting role, or has completed training in appointment setting.
Has experience making 100+ outbound calls a day.
Must have excellent spoken English with a clear, professional accent.
Is comfortable speaking with international prospects from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Can connect with leads who are stressed, overwhelmed, or uncertain, and help them feel heard.
Is available to work during UK business hours.
Is a self-starter, coachable, and looking to grow.
Thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Is proactive and driven, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Shows up on time, every time. No ghosting, no excuses.
