JOB OVERVIEW

Appointment Setter Candidate Solicitation

We are a RigStar Media Digital Marketing Agency specializing in lead management and follow-up workflows. Are you a skilled appointment setter? The primary responsibility of the appointment setter will be to book meetings with potential clients for our agency.

Responsibilities:

Use a variety of methods to prospect and identify potential clients
Make outbound calls to these prospects and set appointments for our agency's sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and appointments in our CRM system
Follow up with prospects and ensure that all appointments are confirmed and properly scheduled
Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that all appointments are well-prepared for and executed successfully

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven experience in appointment setting or a similar role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with GoHighLevel software and other tools used for lead generation and appointment setting (not required but recommended)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and a desire to achieve measurable results
