Who we are:
We are a US based home services company that helps homeowners service and upgrade their major heating and cooling equipment. We offer promotions of tune ups, inspections and maintenance, and we need energetic appointment setters to fill our technicians schedules with the warm leads we generate from these campaigns.
What You Will Do:
- Outbound and inbound calls: Dial warm leads and answer inbound inquiries to set appointments.
- Qualify homeowners: Confirm eligibility for promotions, identify interests and pain points, offer add ons.
- Schedule appointments: Book exact time slots in our CRM and follow up as required.
- Data integrity: Keep a detailed record of your daily interactions with customers and sort leads based on eligibility.
- Collaborate: Work with a growing and dynamic team in varying departments that spans several locations across multiple states.
What we are looking for (required):
- At least one year of phone based sales, appointment generation or call center experience.
- Proven record of meeting call or appointment targets (quotas/bonuses).
- Clear, enthusiastic and warm phone presence with fluent English.
- Comfortable with CRMs and Google Workspace.
- Noise cancelling headset, fast internet speed, and sufficient hardware to run multiple CRMs simultaneously.
- Able to work 40 - 60 hours per week (we operate in Pacific Standard Time)
Not required but a bonus:
- Experience with GHL
- Experience in the HVAC or Solar industry
