JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview
We are a growing ecommerce skincare brand looking for a detail-oriented assistant to help review and organize job applicants for two open positions.
This is a short-term project (approximately 5–10 hours total) where you’ll review applications and identify the strongest candidates based on clear criteria.
Your job is to select and present the best candidates.
If this project goes well, there will be an ongoing opportunity for 5-10 hours per week at $4/hour assisting with outreach emails to potential wholesale partners.

Responsibilities
• Review job applications and candidate profiles
• Evaluate resumes and experience
• Check location, education and portfolios
• Filter out unqualified applicants
• Organize candidates in a structured Google Sheet
• Provide a shortlist of the top candidates

Output Required
You will create a Google Sheet with the following information for each candidate:
• Name
• Position applied for
• Years of experience
• Key skills
• Strengths
• Concerns or red flags
• Link to profile/ resume
• Rating (1–5)
You will also identify:
• Top 8 candidates for Logistics Assistant
• Top 8 candidates for Copywriter / Email Marketing Specialist

Requirements
• Strong English comprehension
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to follow written instructions carefully
• Experience reviewing job applicants or HR work is a plus

Compensation
$4 USD per hour
Estimated project time: 5–10 hours
If the work is completed well, you may be offered an ongoing role (5-10 hours per week at $4/hour) helping send outreach emails to potential wholesale partners.
