Voice Recording Instructions
Please record yourself reading this customer-service script naturally:
“Thank you for calling. I’m sorry to hear that your refrigerator is not cooling. I’ll ask you a few quick questions so I can check our technician’s availability. May I have your full name, phone number, and complete service address, including the ZIP code? We have a diagnostic service fee that covers the technician’s visit and inspection. I’ll explain the fee and available appointment times before confirming your booking.”
Do not use artificial intelligence or a computer-generated voice.
