About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Dispatcher & CSR to join our appliance repair team. This role ensures smooth technician scheduling, clear customer communication, and accurate service documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Dispatch Coordination: Assign service calls to technicians based on skill, location, and availability.
Customer Support: Handle inbound/outbound calls, provide updates, and resolve inquiries professionally.
Service Documentation: Record job details, service notes, and warranty information accurately.
Problem Resolution: Manage scheduling conflicts, delays, and escalations promptly.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in dispatching and customer service (appliance or related industry preferred).
