Sales Representative - Starting at $3 USD/hr + commission on closed sales

Are you a motivated salesperson who enjoys building relationships and closing deals? Print Spark is looking for a driven Sales Representative to help grow our custom garment printing business.

About Us:
Print Spark is a Florida-based custom apparel company specializing in high-quality printed and embroidered garments for businesses, schools, sports teams, events, and organizations.

Position:
Sales Representative

Compensation:
Starting at $3 USD/hr plus 3% commission on closed sales

Requirements:
Minimum commitment of 30 hours per week
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a strong sales mindset
Comfortable with lead generation, outreach, and following up with prospects
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
Experience in custom apparel, printing, promotional products, or B2B sales is a plus

Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotes
Follow up on leads and close sales
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Work closely with the production team to ensure a smooth customer experience
