JOB OVERVIEW

**Job Title:** Apparel Designer Needed – Hat Designs (Streetwear / Premium Brand Style)

**Job Description:**
I’m looking for a talented apparel designer to create premium hat designs for a new brand called “Narco Attorney.”

The goal is to create clean, bold, and wearable designs—not generic merch. I want something that feels like a real brand (similar to vintage patch hats and modern streetwear).

**Scope of Work:**

I’m looking for **3 initial design directions:**

**1. Leather Patch Design**

* Circular leather patch
* Clean, embossed/debossed logo (minimal detail)
* Strong, bold look

**2. Vintage Patch Design**

* Badge-style or rectangular patch
* Bold typography
* Slight vintage / Americana feel

**3. Minimal Text Design**

* Simple embroidered text (front of hat)
* Clean, premium look
* Highly wearable

**Style References:**

* Vintage patch hats
* Workwear / Americana style
* Clean streetwear brands

---

**Key Requirements:**

* Experience designing for apparel (hats, streetwear, merch, etc.)
* Strong typography skills
* Understanding of embroidery and patch limitations
* Ability to create clean, bold, production-ready designs

**Deliverables:**

* 3–6 initial design concepts
* Final files suitable for embroidery and patch production (vector files preferred)
* Revisions based on feedback

---

**Bonus (Preferred):**

* Experience with hat brands or embroidery design
* Experience creating leather patch designs
* Understanding of manufacturing constraints

---
