We’re boutique property management company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Remote Property Manager to join our team long-term.

This is not a short project — we’re looking for someone who wants stability and the opportunity to grow with us.

Prior property management experience and strong AppFolio knowledge are required for this position!

What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing tasks inside AppFolio (maintenance requests, lease updates, tenant communications, etc.)
• Communicating with tenants, contractors, and vendors via phone, email, and text
• Coordinating maintenance and repair scheduling
• Following up to make sure issues are resolved properly
• General administrative support and record-keeping
• Assisting the owner with day-to-day property management tasks
You must be comfortable speaking on the phone with tenants.

Strong knowledge of AppFolio and comfort using the platform are required. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling day-to-day property management tasks with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage tasks within the AppFolio system
• Communicate with tenants, contractors, and vendors via email and phone
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance requests and repairs
• Handle administrative duties such as record-keeping and follow-ups
• Support the company owner with various property management tasks
- Be available on the Phone / Whats app for 9 hours straight
