Project-based initially, with the opportunity for ongoing part-time development and maintenance.

About Us

The Fun4Hire Network is an established UK family entertainment business offering inflatables, party equipment, Play Centres, Party Pods, giveaways and entertainment packages.

We are also developing The Fun Hub Rewards Club—a growing membership and rewards platform connecting local families with our own events, equipment and offers from trusted partner businesses.

Our long-term aim is to make The Fun Hub the leading app for families looking to discover, book, save money on and win the best local family entertainment.

We are looking for a talented and reliable developer to help us build the first version of The Fun Hub app.

The Project

We want to create a professional, exciting and easy-to-use mobile app using:

* Lovable or a similar AI-assisted platform
* Supabase or Lovable Cloud or similar
* React or another suitable modern framework
* GitHub for code ownership and version control
* A Progressive Web App initially
* Capacitor or a similar solution for Apple and Android later

The first version should be a mobile-first web app that users can access through a link and save to their phone.

Once the concept has been tested successfully, we would like to release it through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Important: Existing Equipment-Hire System

We already have a working website and specialist booking system for complex equipment hires.

The new app must not replace or initially integrate with this booking system.

The app will display attractive equipment-hire categories such as inflatables, silent discos, arcade games and party packages. When a member wants to book, the app will simply open the relevant page on our existing website.

The initial MVP should therefore remain focused, affordable and achievable.

This information will eventually allow us to show relevant events and offers based on location, ages and interests.

Personalised Home Screen

* Fun Hub Plus+ benefits
* Party and equipment-hire categories

Events and Play Centres

* Upcoming event listings

* Member and non-member prices
* Plus+ benefits

* Directions and venue information
* Book-now links

Initially, booking buttons can open our existing website checkout. A separate in-app ticketing system is not essential for the first version.

Party Pods and Check-Ins

Members should be able to:

* Find nearby Party Pods
* View opening hours and venue details
* Get directions
* Scan a venue-specific QR code
* Confirm their membership
* Record their visit
* Earn a check-in reward

We would also like QR check-ins at our Play Centres and selected partner venues.

The administration dashboard should record:

* Member checked in
* Venue
* Date and time
* Membership level
* New or returning visitor
* Number of children, where requested

Partner Offers

* Partner business profiles
* Member-only discounts
* Offer categories
* Location filtering
* Discount-code reveal
* Trackable partner links
* In-person offer activation

* Views, clicks, claims and check-ins where possible

Different offers may use different redemption methods. Some will use codes, some will link to partner websites, and others will be claimed by showing the member’s app screen.

We would like advice on using Stripe securely for subscriptions and ensuring each user’s membership status updates correctly.

Create a branded, clickable prototype demonstrating:

Phase 3 – Testing and Launch
