JOB OVERVIEW

**Job Title: App Developer (Adalo / Custom Development)**

We are seeking an experienced app developer to support a short-term, project-based engagement focused on completing a partially built application. The project may involve working within Adalo or rebuilding/finishing the app using custom code, depending on the developer’s expertise and recommended approach.

The primary objective is to take an existing concept and partially completed work and bring it to a functional, usable state within a tight timeline.

Scope of Work:

* Review the current state of the application (Adalo or existing assets)
* Complete remaining development to achieve a functional app
* Build or refine core features, workflows, and user experience
* Ensure the app is stable, responsive, and ready for use or testing
* Provide basic guidance or documentation for handoff if needed

Key Responsibilities:

* Complete app development efficiently within a short timeframe (approximately one week)
* Identify gaps or issues in the current build and resolve them
* Recommend the most effective path forward (Adalo vs. custom development)
* Deliver a clean, functional, and user-ready product
* Communicate clearly on progress, blockers, and timelines

Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience building apps using Adalo and/or custom development (web or mobile)
* Strong understanding of app structure, user flows, and UI/UX fundamentals
* Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership of incomplete work
* Reliable communication and responsiveness

This is a short-term gig with a focused timeline of approximately one week, with the potential for additional development work based on performance and project needs.
