We are seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Expert with a proven track record in leasing residential properties through strategic marketing and social media execution. The ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable in apartment leasing, understands renter behavior, and can independently create and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads and signed leases.

THE ROLE IS ESSENTIALLY A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE FOCUSED ON COLD CALLING POTENTIAL TENANTS FOR OUR VARIOUS REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a *social media–driven leasing strategy* to attract and convert prospective tenants
* Create, manage, and optimize *paid and organic ads* across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
* Write compelling listing content, captions, and call-to-actions that drive inquiries
* Manage inquiries, screen prospects, and coordinate showings or virtual tours
* Track performance metrics (leads, cost per lead, conversion rate) and adjust campaigns accordingly
* Ensure listings are accurate, updated, and aligned with brand standards
* Identify trends and opportunities to improve occupancy rates
* Work closely with management to meet leasing targets and timelines
* Cold Calling

Qualifications & Requirements
*Proven, documented experience in apartment leasing* (portfolio or references required)
* Strong background in *social media marketing for real estate*
* Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing leases
* Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads preferred)
* Excellent communication and follow-up skills
* Self-driven and results-oriented
* Familiarity with CRM or property management systems is a plus

* Content creation (basic graphics, short videos, reels)
* Lead funnel optimization
* Understanding of local rental market trends
* Strong negotiation and sales skills
