JOB OVERVIEW

We are building an original anime series at **Lamb Light Studio** and are looking for a **creative visual designer** to help produce **marketing visuals and website assets**.

This role focuses on creating strong, cohesive visuals that match the tone and style of the anime across both promotional content and web presence.

## **Responsibilities**

* Create anime-style posters and promotional visuals
* Design social media content (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
* Create website assets (banners, hero images, thumbnails)
* Maintain a consistent visual style across all content
* Adapt artwork for different formats and platforms

## ?? **Scope Clarification (VERY important)**

This role is focused on **visual asset creation only**.

It does NOT include:

* full website development
* coding
* complex UI/UX design

## **What We’re Looking For**

* Strong anime-style illustration skills
* Good composition, lighting, and color sense
* Ability to create **high-impact visuals quickly**
* Basic understanding of layout for web and social
* Consistent communication and reliability

**Compensation**

**$300–$500/month**

* Flexible workload
* First month = **trial period**
* Long-term opportunity as the project grows
