???? Animator Job Description
We’re looking for a long-term, skilled and creative Animator who can create adorable, stylized animation similar to CoComelon , NuNu TV, Lala Fun or LooLoo Kids — not Pixar-level realism. This YouTube-based series will teach positive character traits through fun, music-filled animated episodes as well as in other genres.

???? Role Overview
You’ll be the lead animator responsible for creating animated episodes featuring both animals and human characters with Bright, toddler-friendly animation for ages 2-7. Big heads, tiny hands, exaggerated expressions, “puppet-style” animation with pre-rigged characters, easy-to-read gestures, primary-colored clothing. Light 3D, full 3D or expressive 2.5D animation. Simplified, expressive animation — optimized for kids’ attention spans. These videos may expand in minutes as time goes on.

???? Key Responsibilities
Animate scenes with synced voiceovers and character lip movement?- Animate provided characters?- Integrate musical/nursery rhyme sequences?- Help assemble short reels and vertical video clips for social platforms?- Deliver polished files and transparent overlays as needed?- Ensure smooth project handoff (we keep source files)

???? Preferred Software & Skills
- Adobe After Effects, Character Animator, Blender, Spine, or similar tools?- 3D or 2.5D animation preferred or full 3D animation experience?- Familiarity with syncing animation to voiceover audio?- Ability to develop or enhance cartoon-style characters?- Strong file organization & ability to follow creative direction

???? Deliverables
2-3 episodes per month (2–3 minutes each) including nursery rhyme songs (scripts provided)?- 4-8 short-form video clips or reels (30–60 seconds)?- Transparent overlays (for books or merchandise when requested)?- All working/source files with each delivery
Visuals should be suitable for YouTube, shorts, digital books, and printable merch.Must be reliable, communicative, and deliver consistently each month

? Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Appreciated)
- Digital children’s book layout experience?- Experience with YouTube Kids or other animation content?- Interest in educational or pet-themed content - Use of Basecamp communication system
