We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Analyst to join our operations team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role responsible for managing the full lifecycle of accounts. You will start by shadowing an experienced tea ---------- mber for approximately one week (taking detailed notes), then transition to independently executing the processes.
Key Responsibilities

Create and troubleshoot accounts
Verify accounts and resolve verification issues
Handle deposits and resolve deposit-related problems
Manage payment-related issues
Complete withdrawals (including several days of monitoring, follow-ups, and additional verifications)
Communicate professionally with support teams when needed
Document processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Spot rare but high-value opportunities, new strategies, or insights related to probabilities and system behavior

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to follow standardized playbooks while handling ambiguous, technical issues
Good written and verbal communication skills (professional tone required)
Numerate and analytically minded — comfort with probabilities and strategic thinking is a big plus
Quick learner who can absorb complex processes during the shadowing period and then execute independently
Reliable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision after training
