In this role, your insights will directly shape key business decisions, meaning the work you do will have a massive impact on our growth and success from day one.

What You’ll Do:

- Dive into the data: Analyze performance numbers to uncover hidden trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Optimize for results: Tweak budgets, test new ideas, and continuously refine strategies to maximize our return on investment.
- Solve real-world puzzles: Ask big questions, test your theories, measure the outcomes, and figure out what makes things tick.
- Turn insights into action: Work closely with our marketing and analytics teams to translate raw numbers into game-changing business moves.

What We're Looking For:

- A real love for math: You enjoy working with numbers, logic, and data.
- Inquisitive mind: You are naturally curious and constantly asking "why?" when looking at a set of results.
- Spreadsheet comfort: You feel right at home navigating Excel or Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented & practical: You pay attention to the small details without losing sight of the bigger commercial picture.
- Great communication: Strong written and spoken English skills to share your findings clearly with the team.
